Checks for registration AND donations can be made payable to CHEMO MOMS OF MOBILE
Registration for the crop is $40
I will post the link to the registration form and you can print it out or email the information to chemomoms@yahoo.com with the word CROP REGISTRATION in the subject line!

PS: Our first official CHEMO MOMS "Survival Kit" went out to a mom on FRIDAY! Hopefully I will have a picture to post here of it! Check back on Monday!
